Join fellow creatives for our unique monthly art gathering. In this mixed media class you will create a meaningful collage based on a surprise theme. Images, writings and other mixed media materials will be provided. Together we share our thoughts and feelings through the process of creating. Taught by artist and author, Addie Hirschten.

Instructor: This class is taught by the artist, Addie Hirschten, who is a contemporary painter, author and host of the Studio Alchemy Podcast. Hirschten has been a professional artist and painting instructor for over 13 years, has a BFA, MLS, and is the author of several books including the Alchemy of Symbols. Hirschten specializes in well rounded classes where students learn new skills in a fun-loving, non-competitive, and supportive environment. Students get to know each other well as we create our daily pieces and discuss inspiring artists. Students are encouraged to develop their own style and artistic voice, not just copy the instructor. If you are looking for a welcoming art community where experimental self reflection is encouraged this is the place for you.
